RETURN AND REFUND POLICY ON YOUR ONLINE ORDERS
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN
Technic Vinyl, is responsible for return costs when:
- you have not received the correct item.
- the item received is damaged with photo / video proof when the package is opened.
Technic Vinyl, are not responsible for return costs for reasons other than the examples below
above. For more details on return costs, please contact the administration by email to [email protected].
We will tell you the steps to follow to return your package. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Technic Vinyl, are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier. Please
notify us if any of these issues occur.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We only exchange an item if it is defective or we have made a mistake. Send Email us at [email protected].
The return must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm we have it well received. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your exchange will be sent to you immediately. If it is a refund, a credit will be automatically applied by bank transfer or check. The products will be refunded once they are returned to Technic Vinyl.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. The costs Shipping fees are not refundable on damaged item received. If this is our mistake, you will receive a refund with proof of receipt.
